I'd go to the Morristown, TN Forecast Office Website, http://www.srh.noaa.gov/mrx/ and you should be able to get all that info or a contact number. I think they handle your county. You can also contact NWS Eastern Region Maintenance specialist, Brian Campbell for SAME and NWR issues, brian.campbell@noaa.gov
